Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, many of our internal company practices have been jeopardized severely. From production, to management to shipping.
A majority of these issues we are currently facing are the issues that have no control over. Things like shipping delays from shipping carriers not being able to ship to other countries, to shortages of workers in fulfillment centers.
However, this is not stopping us from getting you your products. We are still operating, even at a 50% capacity, with more heart and grit than ever.
There will be delays overall across the board. Everyone will face them. A majority of these delays are due to shipping and logistics companies not being able to get packages in some countries. The delays we are seeing now are upwards of 1-2 weeks for a majority of packages.
